Making Moves courses have saved me. After years of depression, anxiety, stress and not living at all, I came across Making Moves. In retrospect I have no idea how I had the guts to get through those first sessions. Something was already changing I guess. After Breakthrough my stress and anxiety plummeted. My confidence is definitely up. I just wanted to keep going so I signed up for the Improvisation course. I'm looser, more confident and so much more in control of my negative thoughts. I no longer feel comfortable calling myself a depressive. Have to get used to that!
