Jeniequa Evinti Quamina studied Music at West Thames College.
After finishing her course, Jeniequa entered TeenStar UK coming 3rd out of 9,000 entries. “It was a big achievement but I wanted more,” she explains.
So Jeniequa started her own music movement ‘Da Upcomin’ for unsigned artists, ventured into fashion designing her own clothing line, Doll Domination, released her first EP called Real and recorded a single with Skyelab Music who have worked with artists such as Madonna.
“Studying at West Thames College I saw my musical abilities improve and it allowed me to explore many aspects of music and its production” Jeniequa recalls.

Whether you pay course fees depends on a number of things such as:
Most students aged 16-18 at the start date of their course will not pay fees. However you may need to pay for equipment, uniform or trips.
For students aged 19+ fees are listed on the individual course pages on the website. Advanced Learner Loans are available for students aged 19+ to assist with course fees.
Even if you don't pay tuition fees, covering student costs can be difficult. We offer financial support for home students to help with the cost of travelling, books and materials.
Applications can be made via our website or by requesting and completing a paper application form. For some courses, it is not necessary to apply and you simply enrol directly in person at the college or via the phone.
Enrolment for courses starting in September starts on 24 August and finishes mid September. You will need to come to the college in person to enrol.
Details on how to apply / enrol can be found on the college website.
