As a Unified Communications Technician apprentice you will primarily work on setting up and maintaining comms systems under supervision, and installing communication hardware and software. This course covers: Analysing system problems; Installing and configuring components and systems; Diagnostic tools to monitor and test network performance; Upgrading hardware and software; Interpreting technical specifications; Giving customers technical support; Knowledge of networks, cloud services, diagnostic and testing tools, and cabling.
