In this course, students will learn the secrets on how to open and close a sale effectively with an unusually high close rate. Students who enrol into the sales course will complete the following units of study: sales skills, fundamentals of salesmanship, concepts and principles of salesmanship, sales force records, appraisal and analysis and marketing communication and strategy. This course leads to the awarding of a Executive Diploma. This qualification recognises the graduates capacity for initiative and judgment across a broad range of technical and management functions.
