Performance Coaching - Level 3 Diploma (Online Learning):

This qualification is aimed at HR professionals, managers, aspiring managers, team leaders, coaches or any key personnel responsible for the performance of others in the workplace. You will learn and practice a series of established professional coaching skills and techniques, with at least three coachees. To successfully achieve the qualification you must complete six modules: Module 1 - Attitudes and Awareness; Module 2 - Choices and Change; Module 3 - Unleashing Conscious Perception; Module 4 - Tools for Change 1; Module 5 - Tools for Change 2; Module 6 - Assured Performance. Throughout the programme you will coach at least three coachees and learn about: What is performance coaching; values, beliefs and emotions; mind and body connections; preparing for the coaching session; the first session; the importance of attitude or mindset; understanding sensory awareness; conscious perception; questions, challenge and silence; viable goals and well-formed outcomes; future desired state; ranking and commitment; the STEPPPA Model; perceptual positions; clean and reflective language; psychological state; anchoring; needs and wishes; positive listings and affirmations; limiting and empowering beliefs; mental processing and logical levels; motivation and demotivation factors; pattern breaker; timeline; metaphors; emotion and committed goals; motivation traits; coach and coachee projection. The Advanced Diploma in Performance Coaching has been designed as a progression to this course. There are also several similar courses you might like to consider to add value to your learning, including Certificate in Life Coaching and Diploma in Life Coaching.

Additional entry requirements

Students must be 18 or over to begin a programme of study. There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification; however you must be in a position to be able to collect appropriate evidence and complete practical coaching sessions with at least 3 coachees.
