Pearson BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Business - 60 credits:

This course is available in different formats. Choose from classroom/distance/blended learning modes. Very flexible approach to gaining a qualification and encourage students to find the best way of learning to suit their style. This course is for those interested in business and who want to add business skilss to their portfolio of skills. If you have one A level and want to top up with another one in vocational education, then the 60 credit Subsidiary Diploma is for you. It is made up of 6 units equivalent to one A level. This Diploma sticks to normal BTEC guidelines with continuous assessment throughout the course in the form of assignments. These are submitted by email so can be done at home or during workshop sessions in class. They are assessed, graded and count towards your final overall grade. Results are known well before A level results day. This is a major qualification route to university and compliments A level qualifications as being a vocational pre-university qualification in Business. This is run as a fast track course and can be completed in 6 months. For those who are motivate to enter university next year this is the route to take. There are 6 assignments to complete between January to July 2017.
