Course description

Introduction to Project Management Short Course Level X: The aim of this part time, evening course, is to expose learners to the key terminology, procedures and techniques in the Project management field. This will include planning and scheduling, quality management and decision making. You’ll start with an introduction to the project management organisational structure and the project business case. You'll learn how to communicate effectively and manage risk. Then, you’ll begin to develop your skills estimating cost and managing change.

Additional entry requirements

The only qualifications we ask you to have when enrolling on this course are Literacy and Numeracy at an Entry Level 2 or above. There will also be an initial assessment. Beyond that, all you need is a passion for planning, organisation and leadership.
