Introduction To Project Management - All Levels:


The ability to manage projects is a core business skill that can help you succeed in your professional life.

This short course aims to help you understand how you can maximise your skills in managing projects of all sizes. Whether it is implementing a major improvement process in the workplace or organising a large event, the course is designed to provide the skills needed to do so effectively.

The course covers the basic concepts of project management:

The Project Life Cycle
Planning and Implementation
Risk Analysis
Project Communication
Monitoring and Evaluation

You will be given the opportunity to practice applying the concepts covered by working on a current or future project through the duration of the course. This will enable you to leave the course with the ability to bring projects to a successful completion in a real working environment.


Your tutor will give you feedback and advice. You will also complete an individual learning plan.
