This Level 3 management course could provide you with the tools you need to make the next step in management, if you wish to pursue a career within a role in HR, if you are new to a HR position or if you wish to gain a qualification that can further your professional progression and boost your skills and knowledge of the sector.
On this course, you will study the following: Developing yourself as an effective HR or L&D practitioner; Understanding organisations and the role of HR; Recording, analysing and using HR information; Resourcing Talent; Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management and Supporting Good Practice in Managing Employment Relations.
To pass this qualification you will attend at least 90% of sessions and pass six written and/or skills based assessments. On successful completion of the CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice you will achieve the knowledge element required of Associate membership of CIPD. Students who are successful on this course progress to the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management (level 5).
You should have a GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and an interest in HR.
