Drawing & Painting - Animals Workshop [ADF6645G]: Overview
Enjoy a day of painting and drawing animals with step by step demonstrations in this relaxed and friendly workshop.
What will we cover?
The day starts off with the very basics of animal drawing such as proportion, simple facial expressions and concepts such as animal structure and fast ways to draw animals. The course progresses to painting in the afternoon, involving practicing colour and brushwork. As well as developing an understanding of the above concepts, you will gain confidence overall & go away without a fear of trying new things. Hopefully you will leave inspired & want to take animal drawing & painting further – either as a hobby or through other courses. Tutor teaches by way of step by step demonstrations.
Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
All Abilities. The course is aimed at anyone interested in animals; some experience of drawing or painting (1 term or more) would be useful but not essential. The tutor does step by step demonstrations so everyone has the same chance of producing an animal drawing and painting over the day. You will be able to watch the tutor do each task before having a go yourself and the tutor will give individual help if required.
