Customer Insight Analytics & Implementation:

This course is designed for delegates looking to develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of customer analytics and how to gain insight from the data collected to make effective business decisions. This intensive two-day course will equip you with the necessary skill-set to be able to predict, harness and interpret customer attitudes and trends for a variety of scenarios and model outcomes. You will also gain the ability to effectively use profiling and develop strategic frameworks using segmentation approaches.

  • Develop market structure analysis to solve business problems where no pre-defined parameters exist
  • Develop customer segmentation, including profiling and development of strategic framework using segmentation approach
  • Develop customer profile and interpret the meaning of such insight, i.e. creating pen-portrait of customers
