By the end of the course I should be able to: Prepare healthy meals from scratch; Choose and use healthy ingredients; Waste less food; Make good use of leftovers; Store food appropriately.

Comfortable atmosphere created by tutors . All students were sensitively encouraged and helped when needed . Location ok but room was sometimes too cold
