You don't need any prior experience or qualifications to take this Foundation L&D level course. If English is your second language, you'll need an IELTS 6.5 or ESOL Level 2 (or equivalent). If you don't have this, we'll review your case on an individual basis. Some knowledge of or experience in HR/L&D support or management would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. This Diploma will teach you everything you need to know to begin your L&D career.
