Business Process Management:

Delegates who have a good basic knowledge of quality principles and who are looking for best practice and structured ways of achieving leading edge best practice both for themselves and their organisation. It is also designed for business managers, business analysts, process analysts and practitioners involved in process-based change and the automation of process solutions. It enables participants to understand the role and purpose of business processes; to re-engineer a range of processes effectively; to define key process inputs, outputs and impacts; to engage with key stakeholders in relation to organisational processes; to address the 'people dimension' of process management; to support redesigned business process with effective systems and policy; and to implement a business process improvement plan. It covers contents such as Principles of Business Process Management, Improving Business Processes, Process Management - the People Dimension, Tools and Techniques to improve Business Processes, and Implementing a new Process Plan.
