A business plan outlines in specific terms the financial objectives of your business, and how it will position itself to achieve those goals in the context of the current market environment. In addition, the business plan is an indispensable tool to attract business capital.

This course is aimed at entrepreneurs and business managers who have a business idea and are looking to put together a business plan. It is open to everyone as there are no formal requirements. People who may benefit from this course may include; Entrepreneurs looking to start a new business, Creators of new products or services.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
Learners are asked to bring a pen, pencil, ruler, rubber, A4 Notepad and calculator. Handouts and resources will be provided during the course.
