RTA have been supplying this award for several years and before that the PTLLS Award / Professional Trainer Certificate. The award will be run over two weeks and consists of 4 days. The break over two weeks allows delegates to have micro-teach preparation time. We find this works well for the delegates and gives them a bit more time to prepare and less stress as a result.
