Calley - Professional Cookery
“I started to learn about cooking when I was on the Prep 4 Life programme and I really loved it. I most enjoy baking; breads, cakes and cupcakes especially. One of the best parts about doing the course at College is the chance to work in the kitchens and make dishes for the theme nights in the restaurant – I really enjoyed world themes because we got to learn about different cultures. I would like to progress to Level 3 then get a bakery job, or work in a top restaurant or hotel.”
