How to retake GCSE Maths

Published September 12 2017

GCSE Maths is one of the most important qualifications for adults to possess in the UK. Employers are always on the lookout for it to prove that someone has basic knowledge of mathematics and it’s incredibly useful in life – how else would you work out what 20% off your weekly shop actually means? However, many adults haven’t reached this level of maths qualification and do have to go back to the classroom again.

We decided to do a video on how to retake GCSE Maths but it actually turned into how NOT to retake it. Turns out, maths is hard. Especially when it’s been a while since you used it. Watch Oscar and I give it a go but be assured, if you take a course in this, you will get the support you need to pass and it doesn’t have to be as difficult as it was for us…

If you think a course might help you do better than we did when retaking our GCSE Maths, have a look at the options available for learning maths
