Richmond Training Associates are a first aid and safety training services provider based in Warrington, Cheshire.

The business was formed early in 2007 by the proprietor Mark J. O'Dell when he retired from Cheshire Police after over 32 years service. During that period Mark gained a valuable insight into the workplace, he held various positions and ranks. He retired as Departmental Police Inspector. During his police career he developed a keen interest in First Aid, CPR Training and Health & Safety, which culminated in him developing the second career in training services.

Mark the proprietor is an IOSH Technician and a qualified trainer i.e. PGCE. He is a member of the Institute of Learning. As a member of and a course provider for RLSS UK and Swimming Teachers' Association, he can provide Lifesaving courses and Pool Lifeguard training. Food safety and Teacher Training courses are on our portfolio of courses. Mark is also qualified in PAT Testing.

RTA also have a team of local associate trainers who provide training and assessments on our courses.
