LONDON MINDFULNESS PROJECT

At the Mindfulness Project, we have made it our mission to create a secular platform for teaching mindfulness as a life skill to as many Londoners as possible. Our goal is to make the practice hip and accessible, without dogma or hype.

By bringing together London’s best mindfulness teachers and importing lecturers from around the globe we will deliver programs that help people realize their full potential, improve their every-day lives, and take these qualities into the world.
