Agility People Services Limited (Agility PS) offers HR and Training services. It is an OCR centre since 2004 offering national qualification including apprentices. Agility is register UKRLP centre Agility P S has offered HR and Training services for the last 13 years to a range of businesses including Agile Group Limited on different contracts and four years on the SFA/LSC contracts. It has offered this service to Agile Group limited on NTL contracts, Virgin Media contacts, Home delivery contracts, Agile Communication Limited, Agile Networking Limited, and Agile Services Limited.
Over the last 13 years Agility PS has developed tailored and bespoken training courses, to include a range of resources and a range of teaching and training methods. Our training resources are very good as Agility has built then up using a range of training resources it also uses resources from, the Excellent Gateway, institute of Customer Service, Institute of Management, the internet learning such as BBC, Skills wise, Health and Safety executive, Embedded learning, Lets work together, Read and write, and OCR. Some I have been adapted for the trainees needs
Agility has worked with SFA, Working Links, local government, New deals, and Connexions to offer training to customer groups.
Agile has had three SFA contracts with success rates of which include;
2007-8 LSC Contract £100,000 37 NVQ Customer Services Level 2
Success rate 24 Basic Skills and 37 NVQ's level 2 -61 NVQ's Registered and 99 Basic Skills registered - None completes carried over to next year. 16 registered left the course. 100% for Customer Service Level 2 from LSC provider report.
2008-9 LSC Contract £100,000 which was revised Success rate 16 NVQ's levels 2 & 3 and 36 Basic Skills. 43 NVQ registered and 82 Basic Skills registered. 100% for Basic Skills from LSC provider report
2009 - 2010 End of Contract LSC Contract £30,000 which has been revised 84% overall rating from LSC
National qualifications included Basic Skills Literacy level 1 and level 2, Basic Skills Numeracy level 1 and level 2, NVQ’s levels 2 & 3 in IT User, Business and Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management and Warehouse and Storage.
Agility People Services centre contains all copies and has seen all originals of qualification and certificates. A continuous professional development plan is recorded annually for all staff and place in the centres quality folder.
Agility People Services has a training procedure and Risk Assessment Contingency Plan that ensures that that all qualifications and certificates are in process or that staff must work towards the qualification.
Agility People Services practise a policy that all staff are registered on the Institute for learning (IFL) and have membership status.
All staff at Agility People Services are committed to Continuous Professional Development and a CPD plan is put in place each year for development of knowledge and qualifications.
Agility People Services staff have access to both training, resources and allotted time to be able to fulfil their commitment.
Agility People Services staff have access to CPD resources on IFL website, Agility’s written questionnaire, Agility’s Continuous Professional Plans, Agility’s CPD log and free training on the meaning of CPD, and how to complete plans and logs.
Agility People Services Limited has excellence training facilities and resources. There is the capacity of 15 learners training in one room on the same training course. It has a suitable dual purpose training room and an Information Communication Technology suite with a computer network, software packages suit, printer and telephones for telephone training. There are learning support tutorial rooms for support, meeting rooms. a small coaching room and a larger and other training rooms on demand.
