My belief is that my clients needs are of the utmost importance.
I am committed and successful at meeting those needs.
As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Before I started working in leadership and business development, I spent 25 years in direct sales and marketing working for blue chip companies, such as BAT Industries, Hewlett Packard, Xerox and Nintendo. I was in decision-making positions where I successfully influenced good people practice, leading large teams to be more productive, effective and profitable.

From 1998 to 2003 I worked for Hampshire & IOW Business Link. I worked with the Investors in People quality standard. I was acknowledged as an adviser that delivered high quality advice to organisations embarking on and achieving the Investors in People standard.

Going independant in 2003 was an exciting time, which allowed me to develop skills and knowledge for areas that really give me a buzz.

In 2008 I qualified as an ISO9001:2008 auditor, which enabled me to advise and guide organisations from a different and equally effective perspective, helping organisations to process map and streamline to improve internal processes.

Many people say that they enjoy my advising style which is informal and fun, but educational and informative.

Based in Warsash, Hampshire, I am happy to travel throughout the south region - Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

Hours:
Whatever time it takes to make sure my clients are happy and acheive their goals.
