This course explores building relationships, creating positive atmospheres, understanding the value of using - and be able to use - an experiential learning cycle for both self and young people, enhancing the range of skills and techniques for facilitating planning and goal setting, reviewing and transferring learning and ensures an exchange of experience between staff and young people to raise confidence and gain optimum learning.
