This course covers topics that include: establish relationships and maintain dialogue with young people, work as an effective and reflective partner, work in ways that promote equality of opportunity, participation and responsibility, enable young people to explore and develop their values and self respect, enable young people to work effectively in groups and enable young people to use their learning to enhance future development. Participants will gain the following qualifications: City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Youth Work, City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Youth Work (Technical Certificate), Key Skills Communication Level 2, Key Skills Application of Number Level 2, Key Skills Information Technology Level 2 and much more.
Participants should have completed Apprenticeship or relevant qualification.
