This course reflects the importance of including young people in planning, delivery and evaluation of services and offers ideas and strategies for workers with this responsibility. This course will help you to: Understand the ethical and political importance of including young people in decision-making processes Understand the nature of the barriers that can inhibit communication or exclude young people from services Be able to apply some strategies to improve communication and overcome barriers Know some tools and ideas that workers can use to involve and include young people Suitable for: anyone in organisations that carry out community development and consultation or deliver services to young people.
