"My employer invests in their staff. They paid for my course at Working Men's College as part of my personal development. It has led directly to an offer of promotion to manage staff instead of supervising them. I am confident now of meeting the new challenges.

All the course modules I learned were relevant. The tutor was very experienced and talented and really knew his subject. He gave everyone the chance to get involved no matter what their learning style. I was able to involve my work colleagues in my learning. This sharing gave me greater encouragement and motivation.

WMC offers so much more because there is such a range of students from different backgrounds. The environment was really conducive to learning. I felt as though I belonged to a community. And I loved the old library where our course was held - those books are so amazing. I will be taking more courses at WMC."
