This course covers contents that include: monitoring and maintaining health and safety, maintain develop personal performance, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, transport supplies of physical resources within the workplace, prepare and cultivate sites ready for planting crops, maintain the healthy growth of crops, prepare and operate a tractor with attachments, maintain equipment and machines.
Participants should have a profile of a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades C - D, which preferably include 2 in English, Maths or Science within this range.
