Course Description
e2e is an initiative to help young people into training and employment with these aims:To prepare young people towards working beyond school. To match the future needs of employers and local businesses. Training and developing young people in the social skills necessary, to become part of the workforce. In building a bridge between school and employment, this course provides training and development skills to help young people become part of an effective work environment. The programme includes job seeking skills and support and has a wide range of activities designed to promote team working and a positive work ethic. To recognise the benefits of giving a young person a chance to experience an adult working environment for offering work placements and to assist in developing their own work ethic.
Course Fees
Free; E2E can also provide you with a training allowance. This allowance is paid through the EMA system and will go directly into your bank account on a weekly basis. There are also bonuses which are paid for getting qualifications or getting a job.
