This course provides a basic knowledge of the range of alcoholic beverages, their production, storage and labelling as required by the wine and spirit trade.
Participants must have completed four GCSEs at grades D-F (including English and maths) or a BTEC foundation diploma in a related subject or an NVQ level 1 / technical certificate in a related subject or an equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience.
