Students on the Web Programming using PHP/MySQL Part 2 course will learn how to develop real world web applications with PHP. Topics covered include databases and content management; security and session handling; client and server side data validation using Javascript and PHP; on the fly generation of multimedia content such as images, PDFs and Flash; configuration of web development environments under Windows and Unix; object orientated programming in PHP 5.
