This course is for you if you intend to install, commission or service Hot and Cold Water Installation. It is a legal requirement for an installer to have this qualification before attempting to install hot and cold water supplies. The course will build on your existing plumbing knowledge and experience. Course contents: Requirements for the Water Regulations, Plumbing knowledge (Hot and Cold water), Contamination (back flow prevention devices) and Type of pipe work installation.
You will need an NVQ 2 Plumbing. Books required Water Regulations BS6700.

we are now eight weeks into this course and the college have failed to provide a teacher for the 4 hour practicals so a lab technician with pigeon english is taking it instead.but that is only part of our problems....more
