This course is for any practising complementary therapist. This course aims to provide the knowledge and necessary skills to review, evaluate and provide information to therapy clients on healthy eating and well-being. It includes information of sources of nutrients and their role in a balanced diet, metabolism and its effects on the body and possible lifestyle changes that could be beneficial thus enhancing the treatments that you currently offer. Also suitable for other interested learners. All potential learners will be required to attend an informal interview. Full information leaflet is available.
