Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the ways in which VAT impacts on property transactions, including the construction, conversion and renovation of buildings. The emphasis is on obtaining a broad appreciation of the areas where care is needed or planning is appropriate. Delegates wishing to acquire a deeper knowledge of specialist areas are recommended to attend the courses on VAT and Commercial Property and or VAT and Residential Property.
