Course Description
This course assumes a basic understanding of VAT as it affects property and construction, and covers the impact of the tax on residential property in detail. It covers all areas of residential property including, domestic, charitable and residential buildings. Sales, lettings, conversions, alterations and refurbishments are dealt with, as are listed buildings and those owned by housing associations.
