Course Description
Every business uses resources of some kind. But resources cost money to acquire, keep, maintain and dispose of. So as a manager or team leader you have a responsibility to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. In this course you’ll look at all aspects of managing resources, from purchasing and storing them, through to avoiding misuse and caring for them. You’ll cover ways in which you and your team can find ways to improve the use of resources, ensure you have the right resources to do your job, and take action when things go wrong.
