This course covers the following topics: use linear, quadratic, trig, and exponential and log functions to model real life data, using a computer. Interpret these mathematical models. Solve a range of equations in context and plot their graphs; statistical diagrams, measures of location and spread, bivariate data, normal distribution; binomial distribution, sampling, hypothesis testing, non-parametric tests.
Students should be aged between 16 to 18 years and they should have a grade C in English or Maths.
