We have over 24,500 students, which include more than 2,000 from overseas, representing more than 85 countries. Nearly 5,000 of our students are studying for a postgraduate qualification. The University of Hertfordshire offer a range of postgraduate taught courses, which usually take the form of a Masters.

The 2008 National Research Assessment Exercise results show that our research is of an exceedingly high standard. Hertfordshire is judged as world leading, offering first-class study facilities, including our award-winning Learning Resource Centres open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and specialist subject facilities including an astronomical teaching observatory and a medical simulation centre.
