Course Description
Burial practices and mummification, religion, social life, crime, punishment and justice these are just some of the fascinating aspects of ancient Egyptian civilization that you will find out about on this course. Concentrating on the fourth dynasty and the New Kingdom, you will explore each topic from an archaeological perspective, to discover how archaeological investigation has shed light on life during this intriguing period of ancient history. Newcomers and those with experience are equally welcome.
