Course Description
This programme has particularly strong emphasis on plant collections and plant sciences. It has been designed to fulfil your ambition to work managing gardens, landscapes and botanical collections or in the plant science sector. It can be used as a route into year two or three of related degree programmes. The programme includes formal lectures, practicals and visits to organisations related to the modules being completed. There is a period working in the industry with a suitable employer.

Assessment method
Your progress is monitored by a variety of assessment techniques including a planned programme of written assignments, presentations, group work, practical assessments and in-class tests. A major integrated assignment and work placement must be completed as part of the Foundation Degree programmes
