Entry Requirements
The procedures, criteria and regulations for admission to this programme of study operate within the parameters defined in the prospectus. Applicants should hold at least two 'A' levels or equivalent qualification in any related discipline. Students are not expected to have previous computing related qualification however those who have relevant qualification or experience will benefit considerably. Applicants with lesser qualifications, but with a minimum of 5 years substantial work experience in computer related areas will also be considered. All international applicants are advised to take English Language test such as IELTS (with overall band of 6), TOEFL (required score 220 for computer based and 550 for written test). Alternatively, you could provide evidence of English proficiency; however your admission will be subject to taking QPT (Quick Placement Test) at CECOS. If your score is not up to the required standard you would be asked to take English language course for three or six months depending upon your level. You would be required to pay additional fee for such programmes over and above the regular fee of your prescribed course of study.
