Course Description
Combined Honours: For each subject, pre-final year contributes up to 30% towards your final degree classification. For some subjects, the placement year will constitute part of this element, 30-50% of your overall assessment will be by continuous assessment, depending on your particular subjects. The German programme consists of both core courses and electives. This combination provides you with written and oral communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the political, historical, social and cultural context of Germany. The third year is spent in a German speaking country. Public Policy and Management will provide students with knowledge of: social and general administration, property development and management, tourism and recreation, transport and town planning, housing, quasi public-private sector agencies, and health and social care.
