Course Description
The business development module is designed to enable students to study a real business and produce a report, applying theory and practice learnt previously in the course. The module will develop an understanding of the complexity of the decision making process and show how pragmatism needs to be part of the planning process within an organisation. Students will be exposed to the realities of business life and have to defend their proposed policies and strategies in both a written report and oral presentation.
