Course Description
This course is designed for students who have an interest in investigating and pursuing digital media within their own fine art practice. There are opportunities to explore a range of new technologies including video, virtual sites, networked and time-based media, underpinned by the students’ own concepts and ideas. There is a strong emphasis placed upon the development of working practices, using research skills to gain a broad and firm grounding in current fine art debate and visual culture. On successful completion of the course and oncompletion of a bridging module, students may enter the third year of the Fine Art Degree at Nottingham Trent University.

Assessment is continuous with regular feedback on gradesand progress.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess one of the following: At least 80 UCAS points; AVCE/National Diploma in an art, design or multimedia related subject; Pre-degree Foundation in Art and Design. Applications from mature students with relevant experience are welcome. All applicants are invited to attend an interview.
