Course Description
If you have taken at least one course on thangka painting previously or have a fair degree of artistic experience, then join us this term to develop your skills further in this intricate and sacred art form. You will have the opportunity to study mandalas of the female buddha and receive individual tuition so that you will be able to complete an image for yourself. Some work outside the class will be needed to complete a painting. Please note that this is not a course in Buddhist religion, but aspects will be covered in relation to its art.
