Course Description
The aim of this course is to encourage you to experiment in your painting and to adapt a creative approach that will loosen' the way you work with watercolours. In a series of practical workshops inspired by contemporary watercolour painting, your tutor will help you to enhance, enliven and extend your existing skills through brush drawing, working wet on wet, textural painting, abstraction, using expressive colour and resist techniques. This lively course promises to be highly enjoyable and is most suitable for those with a little experience of watercolour painting. Weather permitting, we may paint outdoors.
