Course Description
The course covers the principles & technologies involved in the design of buildings and their settings, while placing the art of architecture in a social and historical context. Under the SOCRATES exchange programme, we offer students an opportunity to study for a semester at a School of Architecture in Europe. The degree gives exemption from Part I of the RIBA exams. Units include; Design Studio; History & Theory; Construction; Structures; Materials; Computer-aided Design; Landscape; Environmental Design; Urban Studies; Management. Placements form part of this 4 year course.
