Course Description
If you are doing a piece of archaeological research, or are interested in this aspect of archaeology, this course could make your job easier and improve your findings. A wealth of archive resources is available, but how can you make the most of it? We will investigate a specific site or region and use this example to find out about local and national archives, from maps and aerial photography to internet-based resources and archives at county-based sites. Your tutor will show you how to identify and access resources, and how to decide which ones are the most appropriate.
