Course Description
The objective of this unit is to develop an understanding of various types of trust. This course deals with legal principles with the creation and management of trusts and taxation considerations. To achieve a diploma in financial planning students must accumulate a minimum of 140 credits. At least 80 credits must be at diploma level and the remaining 60 credits must come from any of the examinations offered within the CII Financial services qualifications framework.

Entry Requirements
Students must hold the certificate in financial planning (CF1 - CF5) or equivalent (Such as FPC, CeFA or Investment Advice Certificate).
