Course Description
This qualification gives students the opportunity to undertake a management position in a wide range of service sector industries. Year One – core units: Marketing for Travel and Tourism, Travel and Tourism Environment and Geography of Travel and Tourism. Optional units: I.T. for Travel and Tourism, Customer Care and Front Office Operations. Year Two – core units: Planning for the Travel and Tourism Industry, Management Finance for Travel and Tourism. Optional units: Small Business Enterprises, Travel and Tourism Operations Management and Personnel Management for Travel and Tourism.

Assessment method
Ongoing assessment, demonstrated through group work, presentations and written assignments. APL where appropriate.

Entry Requirements
