This is a three day course consisting of two days of tuition and one day’s assessment. The course covers the use of tractor mounted hydraulic nozzle sprayers, covering legislation, interpreting product information, personal safety, storage and disposal of pesticides, environmental protection and record keeping. The two days’ tuition is followed by an assessment day where candidates will undertake the PA1 foundation unit which covers the legislation through the approved code of practice and the PA2 unit which assesses their practical skills.
